Please make sure to keep your receipt in case of need of warranty honoring. Furniture2urDoor.com will not assume the transportation charges for any Products purchased through Furniture2urDoor.com. This Web site, Furniture2urDoor.com, and all information, photographs, text, content, brochures, catalog, and services available through it (collectively, the "Site") are provided by Furniture2urDoor.com under this Terms and Conditions agreement and any amendments to the Terms that Furniture2urDoor.com may publish from time to time (the "Terms"). By accessing, browsing, purchasing, inquiring, communicating, chatting on or through this site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the Terms in their entirety, please do not use the Site or download content from the Site for any purpose whatsoever. A purchase order is not considered placed until the Purchase Order Confirmation is received by Furniture2urDoor.com, and a Furniture2urDoor.com Purchase Order # confirmation number provided.
The Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California in the United States of America, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. Any claim or controversy arising in any way out of or relating to the Terms shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Los Angeles County, California. Both parties consent to settle any litigation in any way arising out of or relating to these Terms by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Such arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. If you access this Site from a location outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
After your order is completed, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This email is your receipt - so don't delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes. If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us after placing your order, please call us at 909-681-4415 to verify that your order has been received.
Once Furniture2urDoor.com places an order with the Manufacturer, we become financially obligated with them, so a fee of 35% of the purchase price will be assessed ( re-stocking fee ) in the case of Seller approved returns only. ( plus delivery charge - both ways - if any ). Any credit card dispute will hold a 35% cancellation fee that you agree to by using this site. In the case you need to cancel your order please let our staff know ASAP.
We accept all Major Credits via invoice. You can place your order securely online or call us to place your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You will be emailed an invoice 2-3 days before delivery date (unless otherwise stated by our staff) and is required to be paid before we can deliver your furniture.
Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.)
C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) orders payment is due upfront when driver is at door. We only accept cash NO CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.

Furniture2urDoor does not ship out of state. Furniture2urDoor does not cover Northern California unless otherwise stated. Please use a valid street address for delivery to your order. It is your responsibility that the furniture dimensions allow for easy delivery through doorways, passageways, stairways or any other way as you deem fit, and will fit into the living space of your choice. You agree to be available to receive the product from the carrier at the time of delivery, and represent that the delivery address provided by you is accessible to commercial trucking and delivery companies. We strongly urge you to not help the delivery drivers unload the packages please allow them to do there job and give them space. The trucker will not unbox the items. You the consumer will have to open the boxed items.
Delivery starts from 10AM-8PM.
We ask for our customers to be available from the time frame they are given because the driver can arrive to the residence anytime between that time and or 10AM-8PM . The driver will give you a call/text 30-45 minutes before arriving. Furniture2urDoor.com does not accept SET TIMES for delivery, meaning if you need the furniture by a specific time. If a set time is absolutely required we will charge an extra $45 to your order.

Furniture2urDoor does not accept any returns or exchanges or issues refunds. If for whatever reason the furniture comes damaged or is missing a piece, we will replace the damaged item or missing piece. All items sold on Furniture2urDoor.com are sold as all sales are final.
Please report any manufacturer defects immediately by calling 909-681-4415 and sending digital photos. Our manufacturer warranty covers ANY manufacturer defects. Meaning if the item(s) arrive damaged we will replace them for free or give you a store credit of the amount of the damaged item. The photos of the damage will be evaluated by our manager to make sure this is damage caused by our manufacturer and not the consumer(you). We will only replace items with manufacturer defects and we will decline any reports of damage that were caused by the consumer and not our manufacturers. Manufacturer warranty DOES NOT mean you have 30 days to return or exchange your product. (PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS POLICY)
In-home delivery (only applies to Southern California residents):
Drivers will take the packages to your front door or garage door, whichever is closer to the delivery truck. Please make necessary arrangements for assistance in handling your furniture. Our drivers are not allowed to take any packages upstairs, inside your property or take out old furniture and trash from your location or area. You're responsible for disposing of the packing materials.
Assembly is available for Southern California customers only. Please make any arrangements necessary to have the space cleared of any debris. Our driver will not assemble your furniture if the space is not cleared or does not meet standard hygiene requirements. Our driver will not clear or help clear the space where the furniture will be assembled.Our driver will not be able to remove his/her shoes to deliver or assemble your furniture. We suggest our customers have booties if absolutely necessary. Furniture2urDoor does have some restrictions on assembly we do not set up tv stands, bookcases/shelves, dog houses etc (please call to see if your item qualifies for assembly). Purchases Via Selling Apps:
Terms & Conditions are not the same as our website. Prices on our website can be the same or higher than on apps. If you are unsure, please contact us to identify where your order was made.

2. At time of delivery you must inspect your item(s) are Free from any damage, defects or missing parts.
3. Delivery is made to front door/ first floor only. (We do not take items upstairs in home)
4. Driver(s) is not responsible to remove any trash
5. Assembly policies are the same as if ordering through website.
6. Receipts can be given but are not always provided.
7. Manufacturer warranty for selling apps only last 7 days. Any manufacturer defect needs to be reported within that time frame.

Color, texture, and graining variations can occur in natural products like leather, wood and stone. These are not normally considered imperfections. For leather products all colors other than Black & White are bound to have variations in every production line. Color representations on computer terminals and screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies. You agree that you cannot dispute the finish, or color or texture or any other physical attribute after taking delivery of a product.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
* Variations in the color or graining of wood, wood products, fabric or other materials, including dye lots; natural markings inherent in the finish of any material.
* Damage including scratches, chips, rips, tears and glass or mirror breakage due to normal household use, misuse, abuse or accidents; damage or discoloration caused by sunlight; wear, shading or shrinking of any fabric due to improper cleaning; damage due to moving the furniture from the original delivery location or address.
* Commercial usage. Using the furniture for anything but normal household use will void warranty.
*Leather peeling or unstitching
*Any damage the customer has made to the furniture piece.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Furniture2urDoor.com liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at its discretion. This warranty applies under conditions of normal household usage and does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence or commercial use. In no event shall Furniture2urDoor.com be liable for consequential or incidental damages or breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied whatsoever even if the loss or damage is caused by the company's negligence or fault. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Furniture2urDoor.com, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, or other partners, and suppliers, from any claim, demand, action or damage, including reasonable attorney's fees, made or incurred by any third party arising out of or related to your use of the Site, any Content you transmit via the Site, or your violation of the Terms.
